You will then complete two assessments of learning agility, consider your strengths and weaknesses, and plan how you will improve and focus on what. We will then learn about the main theories को Kolb’s empirical learning theory and cognitive behavioral theory, and how this course combines to equip you with a variety of tools to enhance your ability to learn from your experiences and apply them in new and creative ways. You will then be guided through the lessons of experience through ways to creatively expand the field of life in new and creative ways and how to experiment safely and reflectively with these lessons.
This course also informs you about many other ways to continue developing your learning agility after completing the course.
