Apple Releases Second Beta of iOS 16 and macOS Ventura - Wylsacom

Apple has released the second beta versions of iOS 16, iPadOS 16, macOS Ventura, watchOS 9 and tvOS 16 to authorized developers.

We do not recommend installing the earliest beta version: the system has many bugs, there are frequent problems with autonomy, and some third-party programs may not start at all. Your best bet is to wait for the final release, which will be released in the fall, or install the public beta if you're really impatient. The first should appear next month.

What's new in the second beta of iOS 16?

The system has learned to back up data to iCloud over LTE and 5G. Previously, this was only available over Wi-Fi.

If you have multiple unread messages on your smartphone, you can also sort unread messages by a specific SIM card.

The wallpaper selection section has been slightly updated, and a design created for the lock screen can be removed with a swipe. Support for live wallpapers has appeared on the iPhone XS and XR.

Improved stability and fixed bugs. Finally, the widgets on the lock screen are displayed correctly - the circles are even.
