Tinkoff-Bank’s support service conceded to the blogger and removed commissions for incoming SWIFT transfers for him personally. This story was shared by the Telegram channel “Creativity with a Star”.
According to the source, the blogger (unnamed) wrote to the Tinkoff support service to clarify the operational details he needed. He intends to withdraw the dollars earned from the Google AdSense platform into his dollar account and wonders how much more he will receive.
The support staff responded in a way we were already familiar with: All SWIFT transfers paid to Tinkoff customers are now 3% commission, but not less than $200. The blogger was pissed because he was only earning $126 – as it turns out, the bank takes all that money as a commission. He threatened the bank with black PR, threatening his 1.5 million viewers.
Judging by the screenshots, the conversation didn’t end in an understandable way. However, a day later, the full amount of $126.15 sent by Google was credited to the blogger’s account. That said, Tinkoff doesn’t take a penny in commission from bloggers. Everything worked out well, sources said, precisely because the bank was afraid of bad reviews from bloggers with a large audience.
“In order for Tinkoff to not charge commissions for transfers via SWIFT, you need to be a blogger,” the source concluded. The bank itself has not commented publicly on the situation.
