Intel microprocessors are supplied and used by many large technology companies, including Dell, HP and Lenovo. Intel also makes graphics chips, flash memory, motherboard chipsets and other computer equipment.

In recent years, Intel has invested heavily in the world of artificial intelligence, including the 2019 2 billion acquisition of AI chipmaker Habana Labs in December 2019.

These courses are offered from the Coursera platform, they are courses that you can get for free in certain conditions.

The first option is to select “Free Certificate Free Course”This way you will be able to access and complete the course content, but you will not be able to get a certificate of completion approved by the platform.

The second option is to choose “Audit Course”, With this option you will be able to access the video content of the course, but you will not be able to take the exam or get a certificate of completion. The Network Academy includes an extensive collection of online content and technical training aimed at helping technical professionals in the networking industry improve their knowledge of key Intel® technologies, industry trends and technical aspects of NFV implementation.

Data platforms, cloud networking and AI in the cloud

The purpose of the Data Platform course is to establish a strong foundation and working knowledge of data fundamentals, including data mechanics, databases and other basics of data processing.

This course will study specific components of data management, including relational classification of data, data lifecycles and basic databases, and data processing and analysis.

Intel® Network Academy – Network Transformation 102

In this program, we will cover Software Defined Infrastructure (SDI), Network Functions Virtualization (NFV), Software Defined Networking (SDN) and much more.

Network Transformation 102 covers topics such as VNF development and operations, cryptography, and hyperscan technology.

Students will also have the opportunity to learn more about open source standards with DPDK and FD.io.

The cloud essential part of this course will help students identify all the critical aspects of cloud architecture. At the end of the course, they will show a good understanding of cloud technology and be able to define the main XaaS offerings. In addition, the key cloud usage model will be addressed.
