It extends the functionality of the regular messenger and adds new features to it. There are many of them, but they are unlikely to be useful to everyone.
We tried subscribing and shared our impressions.

• Disable built-in ads in channels. That is, you will no longer see a message with the next Telegram channel ad at the end of your communication.
• Extended set of reactions to messages
Here are 10 bonus responses - 30 in total. Each reaction has its own animation when the message is highlighted.
• Premium stickers with full screen effects
There aren't many of them yet, but the list will gradually expand over time. For each sticker pack, creators will be able to create individual animated stickers for paid Telegram subscribers.

To be honest, I personally don't see a reason to subscribe to a premium subscription for the vast majority of users.
In fact, both types of people need a subscription:

2. You want to stand out from the "grey ball" and show your success
