Bloodborne meets Metroidvania in dark trailer

Seeing through all the promising Metroidvanias is becoming more and more a life's work. It feels like a new game is being announced, promoted or released every week. The last faith slips through the cracks easily. But it shouldn't! The 2D action-adventure looks great and could be a real insider tip for Metroivania fans this year. The Last Faith showed off its own new gameplay trailer at last week's Future Games Show, and it's got it all: Sleek pixel art graphics and brilliantly smooth combat (note the brutal finishing touches) have pushed the game into what I think To list. In The Last Faith, you play as Eric, a ferocious warrior, exploring a dark, gothic-themed world. The developers have come up with a dense story full of dark magic, ancient prophecies, enchanted castles, and more - but whether you actually end up getting that much is an open question. In any case, the impression of the gameplay is more important, which brings hope: Eric has excellent animations in battle and his feet are agile, and the developers also promise a variety of weapons, magic and special attacks, you can Use them to brutally knock down your enemies. At the same time, the game aims to be a full-fledged Metroid with an emphasis on exploration. So you can look forward to a large non-linear world full of secrets, and you'll also collect a ton of skills along the way that you can use to open up new frontiers of the game world.
